Please Note:

  • There will be NO REFUNDS on completed Events, Photoshoots or Video shoots unless content has been lost, destroyed or stolen from 4Ever Focused Photography ( A Fault On Our End). If this does occur, a refund will be sent to you for the content that has been lost, stolen or destroyed from you appointment.

  • For every Event/Video/Photoshoot, There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due to secure the date and time requested. The option of paying in full is available as well.

  • Depending on the location of the service being provided, travel fees will be assessed. Please note this when booking so we can make arrangements and discuss pricing.

Editing/Turn Around Time.

4Ever Focused Photography prides our self on great turn around time!

Please refer to the timeline below in regards to turnaround time:

  • For Event Photos (Birthday Party, Prom, Baby Shower etc. etc.) will be delivered to the paying client within 24-48 hours of the event. For Event recap videos, the client should expect to receive the video within 1 week.

  • For Weddings, Turn around time will be discussed with the client.

With anything, things can occur where turnaround time can be delayed. If that happens, a member of our team will contact you with a new delivery date.

Cancellations/ Time & Arrival

Please be respectful of my time as well as yours and arrive for your shoot at least 10 minutes early so things can run smoothly and pleasantly for your photoshoot. Please be sure to communicate things with us if in fact you are running late.

  • If you reschedule less than 72 hours before your shoot date, you will be charged an additional $50 for a rescheduling fee.

  • If you are late for your photoshoot, your time will be cut short to respect to my time and or the next clients time requested.

  • If 4Ever Focused Photography has to cancel a photoshoot (due to reasons within) a full refund will be made back to the client.

If photoshoot is cancelled within 72 Hours, your deposit will be safe and you are able to reschedule with no fees being assessed. If you cancel/reschedule less than 72 hours and would like to schedule another shoot, your $50 reschedule fee will be added to your total and you will have to pay your balance in full.
